چکیده

The valence states of Fe atoms and the formation oxygen vacancies in substituted La 0.67 Sr 0.33 FeO 3-γ orthoferrite have been studied detail by low-temperature Mossbauer spectroscopy under removal. It has shown that averaged state is not revealed with a decreasing measurement temperature. This makes it possible to reveal 4+ ions. Analysis obtained data allows us conclude presence several Zeeman sextets associated 3+ ions related appearance nearest ionic surrounding Using data, number determined for all samples depending on vacuum annealing Keywords: perovskites, lanthanum ferrites, X-ray diffraction analysis, spectroscopy, states, vacancies.
